Dairy products company – North West Customers objectives: • Change of invoice discounter, giving access to trade finance and to obtain working capital Problems to overcome: • Chain of finance transactions and handovers that had to take place in a certain order to allow payment to complete on time • Complicated deal to arrange in a short time scale – one week Deal structure: Arranged a Sale and HP Back facility with the dairy company which allowed the existing invoice discounting company to be paid off. The customer was then able to move to the new invoice discounter where trade finance was available Conclusion: The Management Buy-Out was completed |
