Loan amount £100,000 to £5,000,000
Term Up to 25 years
Repayment Interest only repayments of up to 5 years and balloon repayments are available
Loan amount Up to 75% market value, assuming a 6 month sale
Administration fee 1.5% administration fee and legal costs can be added to the loan
Security First legal charge over property and debenture (if corporate borrower). Additional security may be required
Properties funded Primarily providing funding for light industrial premises, factories, warehouses, offices, farms and retail outlets
