State Securities Boosts Asset Team With Appointment of New Commercial Property Surveyor

Monday, August 20, 2007- One of the UK’s leading asset funders, State Securities, has strengthened its in-house specialist asset department with the appointment of Graham Jacobs as a Commercial Property Surveyor. Graham will be evaluating the risk the company could be exposed to within its commercial property portfolio and will identify new business development opportunities. His role will include liaising with external advisers and inspecting sites.

Graham is a qualified chartered surveyor, specialising in commercial agency and development consultancy, and has a degree in Land Management. He brings with him extensive expertise gained at commercial property advisers across the south coast including Savills and Chesterton where he advised clients on commercial property acquisition and disposal and development opportunities. He also has 14 years expertise gained at Halifax Estate Agents Ltd.
